Seneca KMIR Alma is the founder of The KMIR Experience. Seneca has spent most of his adult life in Federal and State prison. Through his years of existing in such a close-minded environment, he had the unique opportunity to open his own.

Many of the concepts woven throughout KMIR were birthed from Mr. Alma’s many years of incarceration. His workshops, nutrition bar, fitness camps and lectures are all created to help impact the lives of those who have got off track in life. KMIR, “Keep Me In Remembrance” is more than a company and non-profit, The KMIR Experience is a culture and way of life.

During Mr. Alma’s incarceration, he discovered the power of mindfulness training. It was from this practice that he created a new method of meditation called Resilience Mental Training,(R.M.T.). A new style of meditation for people facing high stress and triggering life circumstances.

Seneca KMIR Alma is also an award-winning playwright, and in 2022 was a top ten finalist in the national speaking competition, “The Great American Speak Off”.

“Sitting with the Noise”by Seneca Alma is a new mental resilience training program designed to build your tolerance for stress and expand your ability to achieve peace and abundance.

Developed from his own trials and tribulations, Alma takes the reader on a personal journey through the power of sitting, not only with the noise outside of us, but also the noise within.

Resilience Mental Training intentionally uses exposure to increase mental tolerance and achievement. By using a combination of music, bilateral stimulation, strategically placed triggers, periods of relief and meditation, Alma’s strategically crafted audios can help train our brains to sit with the noise and learn tolerance to achieve greater peace.

This program is a reminder that we already have everything we need inside of us. With a tool like “Sitting With The Noise” we all can train to become a more mentally resilient version of ourselves.

RMT is a new form of mental training where you can intentionally use exposure to increase mental tolerance and resilience.
